The guide in http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/memory.html uses operator delete in several places. Usage of deprecated features in guidelines is confusing to newcomers. Parts of the article need to be rewritten to show current practices.

This page has been replaced with a redirect to a new Wiki page on the subject, that no longer uses operator delete. I guess this bug can be closed. Please reopen if operator delete is still being used somewhere in the documentation. Thanks!
