As mentioned in the forums[1], the zipped source release cannot be built due to a missing "irstate.h" header file. [1] : http://forum.dlang.org/thread/[email protected]?page=7#post-fclmtsxydxahrdtchbmk:40forum.dlang.org

That pull requests fixes it and other issues with the makefile.

Apologies, it is the 2.063.1 release that was missing it, not the .2 release.
