A change I submitted just a moment ago has the timestamp 2007-03-08 20:44:22. This totally confused me - I thought for a moment that the change I'd tried to submit hadn't got through.
Seriously, this is no doubt confusing people no end. The UI should have a time zone indication, preferably as a UTC offset. (Even more preferable would be if it were changed to use UTC, as well as having an indication of this.)
It should be fairly straightforward to fit this in the UI somewhere by editing the local Bugzilla configuration. The only complication I can see is deciding how best to word it if by any chance the installation's time zone is DST dependent.

Once this is supported in the upstream bugzilla, we'll get it through an upgrade. I won't be investing time in writing this feature though.
