Bug 10764 – bug reporting / better linking to issue tracker / include resolved in default search

is more an enhancement request: currently, in order to report a bug, the only link on dlang is on the 'bug tracker' page ( http://dlang.org/bugstats.php ) the link is http://d.puremagic.com/issues/enter_bug.cgi?product=D and leads to a minimalistic search interface. there is no proper explanation on reporting procedure, it is not even explained that the default search will exclude recently resolved issues, which will create unnecessary noise of re-reporting solved bugs. suggestions: 1) link to the actual entry point for the issue tracking: http://d.puremagic.com/issues as it is much more helpful/useful/nicer looking than the current shortcut to bug reporting (which is not actually much of a shortcut). 2) maybe include such a link on the download page or even the main menu on the left 3) let the default issue tracker search also include resolved issues, as everyone with a the latest official release will still encounter those issues.
