On windows 7, DMD32 D Compiler v2.063.2 failed to all my trivial tests including the hello world. The error message was shown below: C:\D\dmd2\windows\bin\..\..\src\druntime\import\core\time.di(365): Error: Declaration expected, not '}'

Whay are you posting bug 11369 again ? Both look invalid.
