It'd be awesome if one could obtain the numbers of ticks a thread has been ACTIVE using the standard library. It would allow for better time measurements and more specific performance information. Thank you! Phil Lavoie

For Windows: GetThreadTimes For Linux: pthread_getcpuclockid + clock_gettime Seems doable!
