issues.dlang.org should be the home of Bugzilla (there should be no other issues but D).

Would it be possible to make the redirect links point directly to the correct issue? My mails have links to the old website, eg: https://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=nnnnn but then I'm just redirected to the root: https://issues.dlang.org/ It would be much more convenient to be linked straight to: https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=nnnnnn

There's no redirect in place at all right now, yet. There's a "the site is disabled go here" url. When there is a redirect in place, that's what it'll do.
