The non-documentation comment causes the documentation comment to be ignored, and `foo` ends up undocumented. This seems unnecessarily error-prone.

I can't seem to recreate this from the test-case.(In reply to comment #0)

I still can't recreate this. I'll have to close as worksforme until there's a proper test-case. Please do file one if you find it, thanks.
