Not sure about cppstrings.html, but I think the reason cppcontracts.html is missing is because Posix.mak wasn't updated properly in this pull: https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dlang.org/pull/534#issuecomment-41104842

Weird, it seems that cppcontracts (pka cppdbc) was never included in posix.mak. An older oversight that got covered over by this PR, I presume?

Even weirder: cppstrings is missing from both makefiles. Does this mean that it's no longer intended to be published on dlang.org?

Actually, it appears that Andrei commented out the links to cppstring, apparently to revamp it: see commit 995e538cea03d32764326f8cb45143f2dbe28194. The links to cppcontracts also appear to be commented out in $(REDO ...). It appears that its lingering presence in win32.mak is an oversight; somebody (probably Andrei) wanted to remove it from the website. So I'm going to close this for now as wontfix. Or if you like, reopen it and contact Andrei about the status of these files. (I note also that there are a couple o' other files that had been deliberately removed from the makefiles, though they continue to persist in the git repo.)
