http://www.digitalmars.com/d/function.html Search for std.stdarg and replace with std.c.stdarg.

No, it looks like it's fine. The section for extern(C) variadic functions recommends std.c.stdarg and the section for extern(D) variadic functions recommends std.stdarg, just as it should be. If you look in your Phobos directory tree, you'll see that both exist. If you look at the comments, you'll see they're for different kinds of functions.
