Identify all regression fixes to be cherry-picked for v2.066.0-rc1. If there are no cherry picks identified on this ticket by 0700 UTC (0000 PDT, 0300 EDT, 1600 JST) on 14 July 2014, the review period will be concluded and v2.066.0 prepared and released.
