Identify all regression fixes to be cherry-picked for v2.066.0-b5.

This wasn't a regression, but if https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dmd/pull/3797 could go into the release that would be fantastic. It's a wrong-code bug that blocks DDMD.

v2.066.0-b5 published 2014-07-21. Change identified below is will be included in the next beta release.
