DMD 2.066 introduces new switches: * -vcolor * -boundscheck * -vcolumns * -vgc rdmd does not recognize these switches ("Error: unrecognized switch").

Scratch that, I'm an idiot. the new rdmd was using my older (2.065) dmd executable, that was still visible. Cleaning everything and reinstalling made everything work: rdmd correctly passes the new switches to DMD. I'm marking this bug as resolved/invalid.
