The std/regexp.d file contains the following Ddoc line ... $(LINK2 ../../../ctg/regular.html, Regular expressions) which is intended to provide a hyperlink to the regular expression documenation. However as this document is not supplied in the DMD release pack, the link does not work as intended. Either supply the regular.html file in the release or change the LINK2 macro to point to the digitalmars site ... $(LINK2 http://www.digitalmars.com/ctg/regular.html, Regular expressions)

Almost fixed ;-) There are two references to the Regular Expression html page and you only fixed the first reference.
