The page https://issues.dlang.org/enter_bug.cgi is outdated and unnecessary. It allows the user to choose between D, DStress, and puremagic.com. There should be no need for all that. Roll everything into one. Thanks.

Any bugzilla admin could have handled this. I went ahead and flagged those two products as closed for new bugs. What's actually probably more useful is to consider the product / component usage in bugzilla and expand/rearrange it to have more categorization, but I leave that to someone else.
