The documentation for std.windows.charset on dlang.org is a broken link. Looks like the problem is that this is a Windows-specific module, and since the website docs are built on a Posix machine, this module isn't included in the doc-generation run, and so it's missing from the website.

The documentation generation part of the makefiles really should generate docs for everything, not just the modules for the platform it's running on.
