http://dlang.org/garbage.html This page starts with "D is a fully garbage collected language." This is a bad message for people looking at D's memory management offering. The page should state, very clearly, in the first sentence that D supports more than garbage collection, and provide examples and links. This is scaring people away: https://twitter.com/bitshifternz/status/515998608009601024 (I know we have other pages that describe our manual management solutions, but someone idly Googling "D garbage collection" may land here and discard D immediately without further investigation).
