The rpm package: dmd-2.066.0-0.fedora.x86_64.rpm on the dlang website does not have the file "core/sys/posix/syslog.d". Sorry I don't have the time to check the rest of them but this file does exist on github and in the .zip package on the dlang website.

I assume this has been fixed in the meantime as it's 2018 now.
