Bug 13677 – Add function template explanation on dlang.org

On http://dlang.org/function there is no explantion of function templates and that make hard for new users to discover how to use then. In my case asking on d.learning forum the user H. S. Teoh gave a concise easy explanation for it and I asked to someone if it's possible to add to the online documentation and the reply was: http://forum.dlang.org/post/[email protected] So here it's please who has access to the site please add the explanation given.
