std.random doesn't contain "@nogc". I stumbled upon it since I have @nogc audio callbacks that involves noise generator that calls std.random.uniform, and this function isn't @nogc.

Seems like this is fixed now, with a lot coming from this commit: https://github.com/dlang/phobos/commit/77fd9145e96ca096c026f18fa6833b62bc704192#diff-713ce153554afc99a07767cc8ba940ae Can this be closed?
