Why is there no 2.066.1 github release tag for the tools repo?

Ok, so the tag is there, my mistake. However, it's listed with the same date as 2.066.0, and has two release candidates listed *after* it! What's going on with that?

All of those tags point to the same commit. I don't know why they were created out of order, but it doesn't matter.
