Created attachment 1472 broken links found by my crawler There are a number of broken links at the moment. Many pages link to nonexistent /phobos-prerelease/std_windows_charset.html or /phobos/std_windows_charset.html; several others also return 404 errors at the moment. See attached.

Indeed, issue 13516 is the root cause of the majority of these. (Note the much more elegant way of linking to issues within Bugzilla.)
