The web site links to the wiki for the language spec. I updated the wiki to add the links to d-apt.sourceforce.net for the CHM, epub, and mobi formats. Does this resolve the issue acceptably or should the language specs be hosted directly on dlang.org?

Sorry for the late response. I'm reopening this because I think the links should also be on http://dlang.org/download.html. For now no need for us to host the files. Thanks!
