Bug 14473 – Remove deprecated HTML tags from ddoc output

Remove usage of outdated HTML tags from ddoc. For example, when using the $(RED) symbol in ddoc an outdated <font> tag is generated. This has been deprecated in HTML for a long time and now considered a non-conforming feature.
