Remove usage of outdated HTML tags from ddoc. For example, when using the $(RED) symbol in ddoc an outdated <font> tag is generated. This has been deprecated in HTML for a long time and now considered a non-conforming feature. In this case a <span> tag should be used with an inline color style.

All current tags should be reviewed and updated if needed.
