As discussed on DConf we should commit to distributing dub together with dmd. We also need to add to dconf.org examples on how to install packages with dub.

Fair enough.
Is that just a matter of packaging, or should we also list - and resolve - some features before ?
Note that `dub` has a 1.0.0 milestone, that is supposed to list issues to resolve before adding it to DMD: https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dub/milestones/1.0.0
Note that CC'ing Martin Nowak could be useful, as he's the only one that is a collaborator of the repository - beside Sonke, obviously -.

DUB has been included in the official archives since 2.072
