Bug 14645 – Russian Wikipedia page on D needs a total revision

Besides the example `Hello, World!` there's nothing there. In a large scale to expand and rework the article! Need to add examples with lambda functions, templates, mixins, etc. Briefly describe strengths of D, etc. Thousands of people are looking at this page and can not see anything other than `Hello, World!` :) See for example an article about Rust: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rust_%28%FF%E7%FB%EA_%EF%F0%EE%E3%F0%E0%EC%EC%E8%F0%EE%E2%E0%ED%E8%FF%29 or an article about C++: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/C++ These articles a lot more than article about D.
