It's too complicated to setup a working 64 env. The installer should offer to start the necessary VS tools installation, redirect to the download page, and automate that installation as much as possible.

FWIW, Digger can do it, but we haven't really figured out if this plays by the rules of MS' EULAs.

I think the newest version of the installer can now either download + install the VC compiler or use the embedded LLB linker, so I guess this can be closed?
