It's too complicated to setup a working 64 env. The installer should offer to start the necessary VS tools installation, redirect to the download page, and automate that installation as much as possible. http://forum.dlang.org/post/[email protected]

FWIW, Digger can do it, but we haven't really figured out if this plays by the rules of MS' EULAs.

I think the newest version of the installer can now either download + install the VC compiler or use the embedded LLB linker, so I guess this can be closed?
