I just received an email from Bugzilla in which characters have been mangled. At the moment, this installation of Bugzilla delivers no Content-Type header on emails, and therefore no character encoding. The following is a snippet of the email I received when issue 1166 comment 2 was added, as my email program displayed it: ---------- C:\dmd>dmd @césar.rsp câ"o®sar.d: module câ"o®sar cannot read file 'câ"o®sar.d' ---------- This line needs to be added to bugmail headers: Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

I believe this is fixed in a newer version of bugzilla already. I'll be updating to the current version some time soonish.

It seems to be fixed for email, but still fails on the newsgroups. This might be a bug somewhere else along the line....
