This is a regression of https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1550 By following the example of http://wiki.dlang.org/Win32_DLLs_in_D the "End..." is not written to the console. This issue is reproducable with the latest released dmd.

"D code calling D code in DLLs" is wrong in many ways, but the stdout problem is fixed in 2.089
