Clicking any buttons below the "Your code here" box (except for [Args] and [Input]) prepends vertical space above the box, accumulatively.

Yes it is still present, and the reddit comment describes exactly what I see. I'm using Safari 9.0.2.

For clarity: _Every time_ "Edit" is pressed, more vertical space of about the height of the box is inserted above it. It goes on and on. Turtles all the way down, sort of ;-)

Bastiaan, can you confirm that the fix works? That is, please check this page: http://dtest.thecybershadow.net/artifact/website-e5e6719ce761346186b67bbc94818c0dc8709308-70afad9f70896cec0f622d7a20e38d70/web/index.html and confirm that the issue doesn't occur there.
