This will enable us to pass .byKey to functions which require hasLength!Range.

You can use takeExactly for this. http://dlang.org/phobos/std_range.html#.takeExactly --- aa.byKey.takeExactly(aa.length) aa.byValue.takeExactly(aa.length) ---
