Since DUB is an official part of D, it should have a component in Bugzilla for it.

@Walter: You probably should ping the maintainer of Bugzilla directly, which is Brad IIRC?

DUB already uses an issue tracker at https://github.com/dlang/dub/issues and I doubt it would bring much value to migrate all issues to Bugzilla. Especially because people seem to have a lower barrier on opening an issue on GitHub compared to Bugzilla.
