The 'return' attribute is almost undocumented in `specs/function.dd`. It was added to the grammar in https://github.com/dlang/dlang.org/pull/1415 but no paragraph has been written to explain it. One wishing to fix this should probably use http://wiki.dlang.org/DIP25 as reference. Marking as major since it's now enabled by default.

There is https://dlang.org/spec/function.html#return-ref-parameters I suggest RESOLVED FIXED
