Bug 17 – incomplete docs on delete expression's interaction with the state of memory

http://www.digitalmars.com/d/expression.html#DeleteExpression The description is silent as to the timing of some actions.. destructor calls, memory state. I'm 99% sure that destructors are called immediately and that the memory is released to the available pool immediately as well. Correct? Is this conditional based on the implementation of the gc libraries which are separate from the library? IE, is this a language defined aspect or a gc implementation defined behavior?
