Bug 17025 – integrate dmd docs on dlang.org

Since a couple of month Ddoc documentation generation of DMD has been enabled, see e.g. http://dlang.org/dmd-prerelease/expression.html However it's not visible to a user in any way yet and I think the docs will only get better if they are exposed to the public - see e.g. http://forum.dlang.org/post/[email protected] Moreover, the menu on the left of course needs to be include the DMD modules for easy navigation. Also note that there's a scheduled move to ddox: http://forum.dlang.org/post/[email protected]

This has been fixed a while ago.
