http://dlang.org/dmd-osx.html doc out of date; could that be autogenerated to avoid maintance issues? Eg: currently doesn't contain `-verrors=spec` -offilename instead of the new -of=<filename> etc

likewise with man pages, even latest ones from 2.073 (man/man1/dmd.1): -offilename instead of -of=<filename>

The two mentioned problems are meanwhile fixed.
