We want to create dependencies properly so we don't wait a long time when building the site.

Seems still be valid: $> make -f posix.mak -j3 [...] $> time make -f posix.mak -j3 [...] real 1m54,227s user 4m25,409s sys 0m18,270s

@berni44: FYI you almost never want to run the full dlang.org target. 'html' or 'phobos_prerelease' should be the two most common targets.
