Issuing "make" in dlang.org should build the entire site including the pdf documents. It seems this is not the case any longer. This should be tested, too (I fixed it a couple times).

Building the PDF is part of DAutoTest, see e.g.: http://dtest.dlang.io/results/c3909c9c8aeafb5b8853cf22a0891230dc5a5ff0/1dff9af544b9f169f8b326050ea13422411476e5 Maybe an old make is used or other platform specific problems?

I'm bummed that "make" doesn't really make the whole thing, but I'll leave this be.
