import std.container.array : Array; Array!int arr; > @safe function 'onlineapp.test' cannot call @system destructor 'std.container.array.Array!int.Array.~this'

I agree and feel that the library "array" should ideally be no less @safe to use than builtin dynamic arrays. I'll submit a patch.
