introduced in 2.076 but not mentioned in changelog IIRC; what does this flag mean? msg is not very informative at all. I'm apparently not the only one confused, see http://www.digitalmars.com/d/archives/digitalmars/D/learn/Debugging_shared_libs_on_windows_98436.html can we add it to a changelog (maybe a new point release or patch version for 2.076, or at lease in changelog of master )
