https://github.com/dlang/dmd/pull/6982 says to remove assert from constructors and destructors, but actually removes it from all methods. Is it intended?

I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I dont see why constructor/destructors should be treated differently in this case. You'll get a segfault anyway.
