This has already been fixed: https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18316 However, it seems like the fix wasn't targeted at stable, but it's already present in dmd-beta (aka 2.079). While obviously it wasn't ideal that the PR targeted master and not stable, there's not much we can do about it now and at least 2.079 will be released in 8 days.
