When upgrading to 2.079, I noticed the D manual tool 'dman' tool is missing from the Windows binaries. The installer didn't install it, and the .zip doesn't contain it, while the 2.078 package does. I can't find its removal in the changelog, so I suppose it's accitdental.

I think it was removed in https://github.com/dlang/installer/pull/298, but then never added back.

So it was intentionally removed, and at this point it's a bit pointless to add it to the changelog. dman can still be found at: https://github.com/dlang/tools/ I'm closing this as won't fix.
