Created attachment 1706 Message Box which shows up after trying to create project. If you try to create a Visual D project in Visual Studio 2017 using any installed project template, it will crash with one of two possible error messages: 1) External Component has thrown an exception 2) Exception from HRESULT: 0x80041FE4 My compiler: DMD32 D Compiler v2.080.1

I have changed the installation process slightly, maybe it helps. Please try the preliminry build from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/rainers/visuald/build/1.0.200/job/rg2ns1okw40m23al/artifacts

should be fixed since https://github.com/dlang/visuald/releases/tag/v0.48.0-beta1
