Tooling needs to perform syntax highlighting. This requires knowledge of the builtin versions specified by the compiler build. Please add a cmdline option to DMD to emit a list of all builtin versions which can be plumbed into editor tooling.

Option -v already does that. You can avoid having to provide a source file by dmd -o- -v x.obj
