In std.internal.math.errorfunction we have comparison : function()< x instead of funtion() < x

What's the point here? I can find nothing you mentiond inside errorfunction.d nor do I understand, what you want to express. I'll closing this as INVALID. If you think, this is not INVALID, please reopen and give a more thorough description.
