Currently if you file something that works according to the specification, it needs to be filed as "enhancement" because technically DMD is working as specified. But sometimes it's the design itself that is in question. These are more like reports of "specification bugs" than enhancement requests.
Enhancement requests should be for things that are like "gee it would really be nice if DMD came with free ponies".
I think it's a problem that real, specific concerns with the design of D currently have to be lumped in with the "I want ponies" variety.
I think this would help spec issues, especially small, easy-to-fix ones, stand out more than they currently do.

The www.digitalmars.com component is intended to encompass all of the documentation, which includes the spec. I'll update it's description.
