I uploaded this patch to the GDC sourceforge project a few weeks back and it looks like I should have put it here, instead. Apologies if I'm mistaken. I've patched GDC trunk revision 209 to DMD 2.009, I'll attach the patch to this ticket. Tested on Mac OS X 10.5.2 with Apple's GCC build 5465. There's been a few commits since revision 209 now so this patch might need tweaking?

I guess this is no longer needed as of r215. That's fine by me, I don't care how it gets done as long as it gets done, and I'm sure David's patch is of higher quality than my version anyway, since I'm new to the codebase.
