Fresh installation misses these files & directory -> Not able to rebuild dmd using vcbuild file: config.d file: res\default_ddoc_theme.ddoc directory: res

AFAICT the res folder has never been added to the installation. That just shows that noone uses the installed source to build dmd. I think we should stop distributing the dmd sources with the installers, just use the files from github. It might be useful to archive the sources of all the repos with the given version tag that go into the distribution, though. One archive for all platforms is good enough in this case.
