Bug 20790 – Problems with the changelog section of `@live`

The changelog section for @live has several problems: 1. It does not include a simple runnable demo that shows the check catching a violation of OB rules. 2. paragraph numbers of the nested list, see from https://dlang.org/changelog/2.092.0.html#ob, dont start at 1 and then the next compiler change has the number 17 : https://dlang.org/changelog/2.092.0.html#preview-in but this should be 6. 3. in all the code sections that contain some, malloc() is used without parameter. 4. for bugzilla there's an invitation to put a keyword `Please report them to bugzilla and tag with the "ob" keyword`. But the keyword is "live", not "ob".
